Jigs Conquer and Poison [Winner: ChrisPond]

Greetings fellow CC tournament enthusiasts!

This tournament will be a test of skill (or luck) on two of my current favorites (with a theme)
All the information you need is listed down below, but for you impatient types just sign up in the thread and either post conquer (Conquer Rome) or poison (Poison Rome) and your prefered settings.

[spoiler=Gameplay]16 players-1v1
All games will be on the Conquer Rome and Poison Rome maps
Map selection is on a first come, first serve basis. 8 players per map
If you sign up and are not one of the first 8 for your map selection, I will notify you within a day and let you know
At that time you can play using the other map, or decide not to join
Players will sign up with their prefered map and settings and will be pitted against another player who chose the same map.
Round will be best of three, finals will be best of 5
The odd numbered games (tie-breakers) will be on the opposite map of your choice (CC default setings)
(ex.if you chose Poison, you will play 2 games on Poison and 1 on Conquer)
Each round will have 1 CC default settings game and the other two will be players choice.
The finals will consist of the two winners from each bracket
The finals will be a best of 4 (5 if needed) 2 gams on each map
If a 5th game is needed it the player with the most wins will game home field advantage (play their map3 times)
Round match-ups will be decided by points at the time of signup, 1v16, 2v15.... each subsequent round the top ranked will always play the bottom and so on[/spoiler]

If your map isnt posted you will be placed in the group with fewer people
Fremiums allowed, but must have at least 2 game spots open (I will send 2 at a time if freemium)
No speed,No freestyle, No manual drops
All games will be played with a 30 round limit
No 12 hour fog rule will be enforced
Players must join within 48 hours, failure to do so will result in forfeit
Reserves taken for round 1 only, after that opponents of forfeiting players will receive a bye[/spoiler]

What happens if there are 11 people for Poison Rome and 5 for Conquer Rome? Who do they get paired with then? Are you planning to make it be 8 for each map? 16 per map?

When you say neutral, do you mean Random? Or CC default? Or both? Can you clarify that?

I went ahead and entered in the databasem, but for the finals, it says that there is a neutral game. Does that mean random?
