Put a timer on when your invites will expire
Details:
I realize the person who was invited to a game can see when it expires, but so should the inviter. When I invite a teammate to a game, it gets annoying not knowing when it is going to expire. There should be a countdown to when your invitation expires so you know when to either re-invite them or find a new teammate.
Example of Usefullness:
I recently had a game where three of my teammates joined, and one missed the invite. A player I do not know then joined the last slot and started the game. This put my team at a disadvantage because he did not read the chat. The timer would help so you know when your invite expires so you don't get stuck with a bad partner
