A couple questions ago I was looking all around that airport, I found a ton of buildings that looks like the OP but too much ground to search.

well he's east of 294, so east of the airport... that's why I keep throwing out roads to bisect the known area to narrow it down (I also didn't want to go street by street in downtown chicago...)

Oh, EAST of the airport.. got it, but you made some good progress, it shouldn't be too hard from here, as long as he doesn't get away haha
