Comments:
Though they assure me they are office mates I spot checked their games and they largely avoid attacking each other early on in the game. It seems as if one doesn't have a fighting chance they will help the other out as much as possible. In the game I played, a trench fog, JPH was up with two regions on lock and yet Cannings19XX continued to attack me after I pointed out that JPH was getting more troops per turn.

Even if not multi-accounts it is in bad taste to play this way and my rankings will reflect that.

I looked through all of the games. As far as I can tell, JPH, Canning, cwk27, Premont2, TheArchDeacon and a few others are all a group of workers.

Of the two you mentioned, of all 12 games they played together, only your game doesn't include this group.

While I do see what you are talking about, I don't see enough evidence from JPH to hand out a warning, as he attacked the both of you evenly. With that, I am going to Note this report for future evidence.
