How to play on map City Mogul ??

Plz give me some tips for playing on the map city mogul...
i have joined a game for the first time on this map..
also tell me from where i can attack Block W, Block-E, CC Manor and Mall.

The subways attack each other.

You're playing a guy who plays a lot of games with those settings, so he'll no doubt have a rinse-and-repeat strategy which he uses almost every time.

The mall touches N1 and N2
CC manor touches N1 and N2
To get to block E you need to attack through the subway E2
To get to block W you need to attack through the subway W2

I don't know much about the strategy of this map unfortunately. Try the strategy forum : viewforum.php?f=58 or try looking at old 1 v 1 games played with the same settings and see what other players did.

It is a useful tool that is a firefox add-on. (Requires greasemonkey to use)
If you mouse over a territory it shows you what territories can attack, be attacked by, bombard or be bombarded from in any given map.
