Manhattan Project

There is a Manhattan Project organization chart marked as Public Domain from May 1946, from U.S. Army:

I belive, this could make an entire new gameplay, with objectives holding Commanding General + Commites + OCE (safety)

My idea is that Manhattan district staff (there are exactly 8 - Administrative, Independent, Security... ) be the starting points of players... All "head of department" connecto the lower instances of "FIELD offices"

Exactly this structure could work for a map I belive. Only graphics missing And this could be the first "chart" map on CC ever

If that Public Domain picture was my draft map, what would you say? that is what concernes me i'm thinking of a gamplay on a map like this
