Win Streak Medal and stats - Highest score and Rank

Concise description:

• A Win Streak Medal and stat on your page, would be a great and proud achievement and really push players to try to achieve it. Also recording your highest ever score and rank in a stats area maybe added to users profile page as thats where loads of people seem to add it anyway

Specifics/Details:

• As i cant see any stats on this ive no idea what a good win streak is but im sure the admins can see the stats and come up with appropriate but not impossible targets for the gold, silver and bronze. CC aleady has the data in the database so easy to implement

How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:

• I see a lot of people putting this info into their profile comments etc so clearly its something the users are proud of and want to see so would add yet another bow to CC and also give users a personal target to aim at, encouraging more play

this should be obvious. It would also deter point dumpers. opponents would know that just because they are playing a seargant does not mean they are clueless.

Winning streaks would cause people to become more predatory towards lower ranking players. -1

Highest score sounds like a good idea though. +1

i don't like it.
with other medals, if you go medal hunting, it promotes playing a certain game type a lot, or even trying out new teammates. that's a positive influence.
yet with this "streak medal", medal hunters will be trying to find the map and opponents they are most certain they will win. this is almost certainly the "farming" type of maps and gameplay styles. i wouldn't want to encourage that.


also, just thought of this:
a winning streak is very easy to achieve if you time the games right: start a game or 40 on 1v1 maps. whenever you appear to be winning after 2-3 turns, finish it quickly. when you appear to be losing, take 23:30 hours before you take another turn.
you can easily finish some 50 games quickly before you finally lose the slow ones.

thus, Should this get implemented (which i am against), then make sure to use the streak by creation date, not finishing date!

high score is good, win streak is bad. people would justwait for the last minute in all their winning games and try to finish all losers first, and if many people do this all our gmgames will take much longer.

But i sugest two diferent sugestions,in separate topics

-Consecutive Win Medal AWard (medal sugestion)
-Highest and Lowest place in scoreboard (user statistic in profile -technical sugestion)
