Top 32 players will be seeded according to entries from scoreboard from previous tourneys. Link:

All ties will be broken by random.org.
Players 33-128 will be drawn using random.org and placed in that order to form a bracket using challonge.com.
This is the only tournament for this week so everyone can sign up for this one.
Tournament is scheduled to start 6/24. Signups are up early due to my vacation.
