My active tournaments
A side bar maybe showing what tournaments you're currently still active in. Hard to keep track when u play akot and rounds take forever to finish

It helps if you use the form, because typically questions might arise and we need to know how to address the issues.
As for the idea in general, I think it's something that we would like to see done. Eventually, I believe that this will be done, but it will probably take a while. It involvces updates to various things (tournament database, automated tournament functions for TOs and TDs, invitations, etc.) and this would be a small benefit that would happen due to the other updates, mostly involved witht he automated portion of things.
