Four players -- ancessus, Ghosteagle, fiction, and Koganosi -- missed their first invite into their first batch of Phase 3 games.

In addition, Little Witt missed his invite, which is actually a good thing, because he's gone freemie and I should have dropped him from this round anyway. The part of Little Witt will now be played by [player]eternal shadow[/player].

All of the above joined on the second try except for ancessus. Reservist [player]westbo[/player] is called up to active duty.
