So... here it is. Number 50. It has been quite a fun ride so far. At least for me.
Before I start explaining the rules of this tournament, I would just like to say thanks to everybody that has been joining my tournaments since the beginning. It would have been literally impossible to reach this far without you! 
Now: how this tournament will be played.
The 40 players will be randomly divided among five groups. Group Europe, Africa, Asia, America and Oceania. They will play at most five rounds. One 8-player round, one 6-player round and three 1vs1 rounds. All in different maps. The two players with more points in each group will advance to the eliminating stage of the tournament, also all rounds with different maps.
Tournament Structure
Round 1
Maps - Nordic Countries (Europe), Dark Continent (Africa), Rail Asia (Asia), First Nations Americas (America) and Oceania (Oceania).
One 8-player game per group. Winner gets 3 points. Losers get 0. All players will play the next round except the first two to lose.
Round 2
Maps - British Isles (E), South Africa 1885 (Af), Eurasia (As), USA (Am) and Australia (O).
One 6-player game per group. Winner gets 2 points. Losers get 0. Winner and last 3 to lose will play the next round.
Sidenote: It is possible for a player who was the first or second to lose in this round to advance to the eliminating stage if that player managed to win the first round game. That only depends on the points of all the players at the end of Round 5.
Round 3
Maps - Portugal (E), Egypt - Lower (Af), Japan (As), Canada (Am) and Pot Mosbi (O).
Two 1vs1 games per group. Winners get 1 point. Losers get 0.
Round 4
Maps - Soviet Union (E), Africa (Af), Middle East (As), Brazil (Am) and New Zealand (O).
Two 1vs1 games per group. Winners get 1 point. Losers get 0.
Round 5
Maps - Baltic Crusades (E), Africa II (Af), Greater China (As), Caribbean Islands (Am) and WWII Australia (O).
Two 1vs1 games per group. Winners get 1 point. Losers get 0.
At the end of this round, the two players with the most points in each group advance to the Round of 10.
Round of 10
Map - Doodle Earth.
Five 1vs1 games. Winners advance to the Quarter Final. Losers advance to the Playoff.
Playoff
Random map.
One 5-player game. This one will be a freestyle game. Winner and last two to lose advance to the Quarter Final.
Quarter Final
Map - Feudal War.
Four 1vs1 games. Winners advance to the Semi Final.
Players will be randomly seeded in this round's games.
Semi Final
Map - Ireland.
Two 1vs1 games. Winners advance to the Final.
Final
Map - Classic.
One 1vs1 game. Winner takes it all.
Group Tiebreakers
1. Points;
2. Playoff game between players tied with the same points in 1st or second place.

Reserve Policy
- If a player does not accept the invitation for the 1st round game he will be replaced by a reserve.
- In other rounds the player simply will lose the game if he fails to accept the invitation.
