Random League IV + Random Cup [close pls]

10 players are just in case you miss the deadline



After some thoughts made some changes, but left scoring as it is.
Getting those 7 wins for win isn't easy as it seems and clan who performed
with more wins vs various clans should be more rewarded.
Same goes for tiebreaker.

Added Random Cup as a side competition, you can enter it w/o having to play Random League.
Also if you are playing Random League, you are not obligated to play Random Cup.

I.Sign Up
- open for all clans
- need clan name, clan contact and 10 preliminary list of 10 participating players
- order of your 10 player list is order of filling any not yet made or filled games
- if you are also signing up for Random Cup, say so

II.Competition Format
- round robin style with random map used
- 12 games every 2 weeks: 4 dubs, 4 trips, 4 quads
- 6 games are 'home' and 6 are 'away'
- 3 pts for win, 1 point for tie

III.Tiebreaker
- head to head score
- better win-loss difference
- more wins scored
- new set of 12 games + 13 escalating, chain, sunny, no trench

IV.Game creation rules
- all home games are due Monday
- all away games are due Friday of the same week
- if not made/filled, I will use your 10 player list going from first to last player and filling games
- in case you haven't made your home games their will all be created as escalating, chain, sunny, no trench games
- games must be labeled as they are shown in schedule CLAN1-CLAN2

V.Allowed Settings
- all games are auto & sequential
- spoils: no spoils, flat, escalating and nuclear
- reinforcements: adjacent, chained and unlimited
- fog on or off
- trench with 20 round limit

VI.Player Usage
- any player can only be used in 4 games per set
- players can play up to maximum 2 clans in the season
- for player to be eligible for medal standard rulings are enforced

VII.MVP
- has the best win percentage
- played a minimum of 50% games of the total amount of games a player can participate in
- a member of the same clan for the whole league

VIII.Clan Dropping
- if clan drops out all his record will just be deleted

IX.Conflicts
- there will be no game forfeits, if needed game/s will be replayed
- any conflicts should be dealt among the clans in dispute
- if there's no solution, there is me and CDs

X.Random League V
- top 10 clans in RL IV will automatically qualify
- all clans below 12th place of RL IV are gaining status of relegated clan
- RL V will have 16 clans maximum
- order of acceptance for last 4 spots (3 if there is Random Cup):
1.never played and are higher ranked according to F400
2.played in RL, but don't have relegated status and are higher ranked according to F400
3.clans with relegated status and are higher ranked according to F400

XI.Random Cup
- will be held if there are minimum 8 clans signed up
- there is no limit in how many clans can participate
- doesn't require signing up for Random League
- single elimination bracket will be completely random
- schedule will be known after signups finish with round 1 probably on 21.10.2013.
- any next round will not conflict Random League weeks
- set will consist of 12 games + 13 with escalating, chain, sunny, no trench settings
- players are limited to 4 games per round
- winning clan will be granted a place in next years RL (if clan wishes to play)
- winning clan also gets a medal

what was what. Random League is fine just the way it is. my suggest is don't complicate things.

I added a cup so clans can have other ways of entering the league, not just by finishing in top 10
