I assume some if not most roles have lesser win conditions that only work if they are alive. Therefore, making yourself a target may not be the most attractive option regardless of what faction you are.

Also Fir, who do you consider scum? Loyalists? Rebels? Someone else?

Okay, this makes no sense. First, how would going after Foxglove, a clear Loyalist, hurt any of the Rebels secondary win conditions? Second, why is anyone playing for a secondary win condition? Rebels should be trying to take this game by storm! Third, if the rebels vote for Foxglove, how will that make them a target? You're only a target if you are the one who has to claim. The only time claiming might be a problem is if you are like Iron and wait until L-1, and then get the quick hammer. Did you see how I claimed right away to avoid being hammered quickly?

We at least now know that Jonty and Spiesr are Loyalists...unless they are playing some mousey game of "I can't unvote or someone might think I'm a Rebel."

So, let's look at a modified list of participants...

1. Rheagar Targaryen
2. King Aerys II
3. Jon Connington

1. Robert Baratheon
2. Jon Arryn
3. Hoster Tully
4. Walder Frey

3. Jaime Lannister
12. Tywin Lannister
10. Grand Master Pycelle
11. Varys

12. Eddard Stark DEAD
13. Mace Tyrell DEAD

I see the blue as "rebellion", red as "loyalists", green as "will choose" and orange as "survivor."

Now, I still can't place if Pycelle and Varys are here...I'm guessing Pycelle is not, and Varys might be. If there is only one, I have no idea who would be in...perhaps a Greyjoy? Another Rebel?

Either way, if Rebels and Loyalists started out even, the Rebels now own the day phase. They both lost one player...but the Rebels gained me. Add in the Lannisters and we can get a lynch here. The math works out. Even a third party survivor wouldn't care who he/she voted for, as they just want to survive and have the game end quicker.

Lannisters...you don't need to decide right now if you don't want to...however, it works in your favor to at least vote with the Rebels, as that will ensure we get rid of the Loyalists, whom are my bet for the attempt on Tywin last night.

So, come on Rebels, I say we go Fox hunting... Feel free to point out where I'm wrong.

What I mean to say is that I'm assuming secondary win conditions need the individual player to remain alive. If the Rebels don't have a protective role, this means that outed rebel players could be the target of night kills from the loyalists. I'm not saying don't pursue lynches, I'm just saying that from an individual standpoint, we do risk something by revealing faction alignments.

Unvote, Vote Foxglove
Now that he has clarified his position I am willing to follow his lead right now since I don't have any better targets. Although I am a little insulted by him insinuating things about my based on me not unvoting when I hadn't posted at all, and confused why he didn't change his for to me if that is what he really thought.

Vote Foxglove

Basically for misconstruing both Neb's and now Fircoal's posts as well as showing no interest in going after the opposite faction to his own.

Hmmmm.

4 votes for me, 2 neutrals and possibly 2 rebels.

I am heading out for the day soon and I don't want to get hammered if it can be helped, so I will claim.

Guess what? We're on the same side, Neb!

I'm a rebel. The rebel, actually. I'm Robert Baratheon.

I think that debacle justifies my decision to hold off on who the Lannisters will join for awhile longer.

At the rate we're going there will only be loyalists.

Well, at this point, I don't think the Rebels can afford to NOT lynch a Loyalist. Jonty, you would be next on my list...however, I'd be open to listen to someone else's opinion. I've been leading for a couple days now...

Forgot to ask...Foxglove, do you know who is in your faction? Anything you can offer in terms of finding the Loyalists??

The only one I knew in my faction was Nag, unfortunately. I was hoping to see who voted for me (or not) earlier in this day to try and get an idea of who the Loyalists were, but I was afraid to let it go too far and get myself lynched.

Your crime was trying to hide your alignment after you had previously been forced to claim.

That makes no sense, but let's move on...the Rebels need to hang a Loyalist today, or we lose our advantage and the Lannisters.

Well this game is in need of a direction. Vote KGB for being noncommittal about yesterday's lynch (Saying he would unvote regardless of loyalist or rebel claim) and currently being inactive. Also for referring to rebels in third person terms.

So you think that some Loyalists stuck on the wagon after the claim? It's possible...

KGB's last post in thread before today came before IB claimed loyalist. His next post anywhere was after the scene had been posted. So failure to unvote after IB claimed (especially considering he said he would regardless of side), does not indicate that he was on either side.

i didn't get a chance to follow through on my unvote of IB bc Nag hammered so quickly, partially the fault of IB for letting it get to L1 before he claimed, as to my inactivity, i went home for thanksgiving, could barely stand playing the damn CC games on my phone
