Delurk...

Post by lev_lafayette »

Well hello everyone,

I joined Conquer Club a few days ago and am currently playing in four games and have completed three; two of which I won :D

(Which means I'm not even a cook yet..)

I must admit I came to message another person whom I've been wanting to talk to for a while (on another game-related issue) and courtesy of a google search I found them here. Hooray, and conversation has started.

I must confess it wasn't until the second turn of the game that I realised (sotto-vocce) what game from the 70s I was playing.

I've made a couple of terrible newbie mistakes of course. Placing reinforcements in the wrong location, attacking the wrong targets, not making inroads into areas that I should and so forth.

Still, it's been great fun and I suspect I might be here a while.

Thanks for listening to my delurky introduction.
