You can read the game chat which I wouldn't report for any reason. Yes he was being a little bit of a dill-weed but that's expected. I'm reporting this because after the game was over he PMed me and continued to badger me which I believe is bullying. Here's the message I received.

There are, unfortunately loads of assholes on this site, as there are everywhere. I know that a lot of people will tell you to get over it but... You're right. It shouldn't be happening. I agree with you. He should at least apologize for it.

after reading through a couple dozen game logs from this guy, i have little sympathy.

seems to be a pattern of his,

oppenent misses a turn = opponents advantage

then when he gets confronted on his poor sportsmanship, go run and tell the police.
