WHY IS THERE A NEED FOR THIS GOOD AND/OR SERVICE? - . We have a custom made creation on display at all times. Tables and furniture would be set up for people to sit and relax while the rest of their shopping party spends their time shopping at places like "Not a Whorehouse" or "Mallmart".

We would like a space in the center of the mall, perhaps where their is the most traffic. Not far from the food court would work as well, but definitely some distance from the whorehouse. We have a bit more class than that kind of establishment.

Awesome! i received a lot of real estate. Chris Ponds will expand! We will be expanding our hours and become a nightclub to show off our night lighting skills. We will still offer the seating for patrons during the day but will now offer a grill...just pick your favorite koi out of the numerous ponds and our Chef bogan will cook it up for you. for the nightclub, we plan to turn one of the ponds into a jungle juice mixer and you will be able to fill up your glass out of the waterfall. we may be adding more services as we start construction and get a good feel for the space....
