Lawful Evil
According to macbone's first poster, I want to be Chaotic Neutral, also, Johnny Depp gets a lot of pussy, so that'll be me. Chaotic Evil is also very appealing but I'm not really evil.

I don't think anyone here is. Some are Lawful Evil or Neutral Evil, but no Chaotic Evil. Then again... there's good chances that one of the lurkers is Chaotic Evil.

It would be interesting to see what the ratio is for Off Topic posters, in terms of all the alignments. Maybe we all lean towards one or two alignments.

I agree. I would think chaotic good or perhaps true neutral.

Yes, well, I don't practice law on the CC forums and most people would not consider lawyers to be of "lawful" alignment (except district attorneys). Anyone not representing the government in a legal capacity is in legal conflict with the government and thus can't be lawful.

Valid argument, point conceded.

Being "in conflict" with the government in a legal sense is different from actively standing up against the government's legitimacy. By defending a client in legal proceedings, you are implicitly legitimizing the government's ability to collect taxes on its citizens, even if you win a particular case that results in a particular client having less of a tax obligation. Therefore I categorize you as Neutral Good.

My immediate assessment would be something close to Neutral Good, since you aren't an antagonist in the Off Topics, except when Wyoming is doing something in sports.

Since I'm not an antogonist, does that make me a protagonist, secondary but important, secondary with some impact not all that important, or background and disposable like AOG?

Attorneys are the ultimate neutralists. They will argue any side.

Someone needs to post a summary. Someone very very bored.

No lawful neutral. He believes in the system and is not necessarily interested in any ultimate good or bad.

I don't think BBS believes in the current system. He consistently points out it's flaws and how a more libertarian system would be better. He also frequently makes cost benefits arguments about following the law, meaning he will only follow the law so long as it it beneficial to him. Lawful neutral follows the law because its the law, other arguments be damned.
