At it again, another 2 turns missed, one of them even at a time he posted in the game chat. I think that's 7 in total now for this game, and he could have taken every one of them.

Ummm..."deliberately missing turns" isn't the same as dead-beating...sure it would piss you off (it pisses me off) but some people play that shit and it's not illegal (unfortunately)...live with it M8..

Actually in Lord Arioch's example, he did intentionally deadbeat, and admits as much in the chat:
2014-06-25 16:14:15 - King Zvonimir: I'm sick playing with this cry baby
2014-06-25 16:14:28 - King Zvonimir: if you so want this game, you can have it
2014-06-25 16:14:35 - King Zvonimir: goodbye, moron
2014-06-28 05:13:53 - King Zvonimir missed a turn
2014-06-28 05:13:53 - King Zvonimir was kicked out for missing too many turns
That is definitely against the rules.
In my example, it being a poly triples game, he can technically miss 6 turns in a row without deadbeating. If this is not classed as 'gross abuse of the game' I would suggest the rules should be changed to kick out a player after 3.

This player is known for this type of behavior. Doesn't really surprise me.
Re: King Zvonimir - Deliberately missing turns
@ Royal Panda..OKAY so he DID in the game against LA but not in the one you have reported...maybe if you had done some research you would have found the LA example as well?...He is cleared of your CF&A accusation but will prob cop a warning for the other instance...natural justice means that you should check the charge sheet before issuing a summons...don't get me wrong, this behaviour also pisses off moi but C&A is NOT mob rule...it states on the form you submit "be sure before lodging an accusation" ...in this case you just got lucky and his past caught upwith him...

So sorry, I missed the part where you were a mod, but thanks for clearing him. I don't have the time nor inclination to research someone's games, I merely reported a case that I see as abuse of the game. As you'll no doubt know from the below, gross abuse is NOT limited to deadbeating.
Obviously any gross abuse of the game is forbidden. This includes but is not limited to: throwing games or deliberately benefiting from thrown games, intentional deadbeating, holding players hostage, serial teammate killing, hijacking accounts, systematically "farming" new recruits and colluding with other players in any way to manipulate the scoring system.
Now I don't even know if this statement applies to the site anymore, and it's not my concern. All I did was bring to the attention of the community an example of a player doing something I see as abuse of the system, something that detracts others' enjoyment of the site, and it just so happened another player had a different example to bring to the table as well.
That's what this forum is for, to discuss - if it was a clear cut case I would have just raised a C&A abuse ticket. So don't have a hissy fit because you think I was 'not sure', because I AM sure this is abuse of the system, the rules are just unclear as to whether this sort of abuse warrants a warning or not.
In fact, from the guide:
This is the Cheating & Abuse forum where one can report a game if they see something suspicious going on or if they see any form of game abuse and they would like to report it.
So get off your high horse. Thanks.

Re: King Zvonimir - Deliberately missing turns
He has been contacted to follow the rules more strictly. Since this looks like only 2 games, for now this has been noted in his record for future reference.

2014-07-02 19:49:13 - King Zvonimir: got a warning for missing turns, so have to play them through...
Ultimately, the player is now taking his turns... this is all I wanted to achieve from the report. Thanks for all your concerns though.
Thanks ka for handling.
