Oh...
Well HIPPA is sometihng I got "fired" up about a couple of years ago and then jsut quit going to Doctor's.... But getting older I needed to get a physicl. So My new Doctor gave me the HIPPA forms and I jsut folded them up and gave them to my wife to stick in her purse... never signed it. he assumes I did... But if anything funny happens i can take it to court and have a leg to stand on because I never signed. Recently signed with AFLAC supplental insurance. Refused to sign there HIPPA policy... They did not refuse me, apparently a few people ahve caught on to the BS practices and are frefusing to sign so in the face of losing money or going with it they just allow "US" radicals to get away with it. The flip side of that is that by HIPPA revised law they now do not have to protect my info from anyone. They could give it to anyone... AHHH but there is always a loophole. I had a very LAWYERLY document written up and sent out to them as to who can or cannot have my info and they "CLAIM" that by HIPPA's law they do not have to abide by it. But theres the next loophole. I never surendered my rights to HIPPA therefore the law does not apply to me... AH HA!!! Take that you BASTARDS! Because no matte what they do. no matter waht they ammend or write as law... If it requires you to sign off on it you must give them consent to go against the original contract.,.. The original contract being the Constitution and your right to privacy.... If you did not surrender that right by signing off on there law you retain your rights!!!
The court system is the only thing, THE ONE THING that msut uphold the Cosntitution. The Government can write laws and do whatever they want. Certain things are granted us by the Constitution and if a law violates that you msut sign offf... Thus the notices sent by Utilities, Credit CArds, BAnks etc. etc.... If you sign off you signed away your rights... By making your own ammendments to the contract and IF they sign off on the contrat with said ammendments they must CONTRACTUALLY abide by it... The law defaults to the original law... The Cosntitution. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING WITHOUT READNG IT!!! KNOW WHAT RIGHTS YOU ARE SURRENDERING!
