Set 2 games have been created and invites sent.

I did make one mistake -- Game 5s were mislabled as Game 4s. After thinking about the amount of work to recreate them, I decided they can stand. There should be no confusion. Actual Game 4s are on Nordic Nations map. Game 5s are on Italy.
