My husband wants to open an account to begin the game but we would have to use the same computer. As long as we are never involved in the same game is that allowed.

Go to the upper left at "help" and send in and ticket with his account name. They will make a note that you two are related.

generally it is fine but you should open an e-ticket and inform admin/the hunters of his username. They also let you know what limits you 2 can operate under with the accounts.
