In nearly all of his games, this player is always complaining and insulting other players in the Game Chat for no good reason.
For instance Game 14960573, he calls another player a "dickwad". Game 11419558, he calls his opponent an "idiot"& "goddamn fool", Game 11282456 he tells the green player "f*ck you". Game 11078079 "you lil f*ck" & "what an asshole". Game 10677103 he calls an opponent "asshole", Game 11498647 other playes a called "noob", "f'ing moron", "complete idiot", Game 11306599 "fucking moron" and so on.......
Afterwards, his fellow players are nearly always rated down.

CC takes a very liberal stance when it comes to trash talking. Unless it's out-right bigoted or racist, you'll be told to FAMO, which is an acronym meaning "Foe And Move On". Nothing that you've quoted here will result in any action taken by CC.

I checked the first 5 poor ratings he gave and so far, based from the reference games, they are within reason.
As for the trash talk, as what the previous posters said, we take a liberal stance when it comes to game chat. Please make use of the foe list for foul mouth or offensive players.
Foes are users which will be ignored by default. These users will be filtered out of your game chat, blocked from joining any game that you are part of, and blocked from posting comments to your wall.
To put someone in your foes list, simply click on the member's username to get into his profile, then click on Add Foe. You can even place a note when you add someone in your foes list to remind you why you placed that person in that particular list.
