Not sure if that is range, or the place in which you kill, can you clarify?

It's 1,5 (one and a half points), and to be given to any player who kill another player, on top of the ranking point.

For instance if Player A win the game killing all his 4 opponent receives 10 pts for finishing first and 6pts for killing 4 players (4 times 1,5).

This is to reward a player who did the biggest part of the work and gets screwed by the dices at the last roll, he will still be reward for the kills.
