listen, when folks complain about the lag or whatever, somebody always chimes in and says "its all fine here, it must be a problem on your end."
that's cool. but, i play, regular casual games, and, its this constant thing, you click in, you go to deploy, sometimes it goes in to the sit and spin thing, the little boxes, you know, wait 10 seconds or click refresh, or whatever. sometimes you deploy, try to attack and then it happens. you click out, go back through, you attack, then, sometimes it does it again on the fort out, sometimes not, what.......ever.
my question is this. maybe it is a problem on my end (the other websites work fine, but, if the refresh rate or something is different here from those websites i guess i can understand). what do i need to put my settings for the browser on? exactly? to make this website (that i pay money to use) work right? no complaining. just a simple question. make it easy for me please.
thanks.
help please.......

This post describes how to run a trace route. There's additional diagnostic info there, but that would help us know what is causing the lag during your activities.
