Random NBA 1946-1947 [RESCUED] Complete - King Tet wins!!!

In honour to the most spectacular sport in history(for me) i create this tournament just before this season will end.
In the 1946-1947 season only 11 teams played in the league that had another name the first 3 seasons:BAA.
They played 6 times against eachother for a total of 60 games for each team.

In this tournament we'll play a shorter version,a double round robin for a total of 20 games.
Each basketballgame will consist of 4 quarters represented by a CC-game for each quarter meaning every match you'll play 4 games.
Maps and settings will be random to reward the most versatile player.

I have absolutely no idea how goldenwarrior randomized or didn't randomize the settings for the games of this tournament.
To bring some semblance of sense to this tournament, I am going to make a slight format change for the conference finals and championship:
Settings for each game will be determined randomly.
Settings will not change from one quarter to the next, with the exception of special gameplay (fog and trench), which will change as follows:
1st quarter: None
2nd Quarter: Fog
3rd Quarter: Trench
4th Quarter: Fog and Trench

Each team scored around 68 points/game that season so this means that they scored an average of 17 points/quarter.
Every game i create will have a round limit of 20 and scoring will be the following:
1)Every turn you take you score 1 point.
2)If your game has 17 turns/player or more the score for this quarter will be 17-17
3)Winning a game under 17 turns will give the winning player automatically 17 points.
3)For each turn under 17 the winning player scores a bonus point,even if the losing player did not play that round he get's the point to reach that round.
4)Total points awarded in 1 game will allways add up to a total of 34 points.

for example:player A beats player B in 12 rounds this means player A gets 17+5 points that quarter=22 points while player B gets 12 points for taking 12 turns Total score:22-12

After the regular season the first 3 teams of every conference will play the play-offs.
Round 1:Numbers 2 and 3 of each Conference will play eachother in a best-of-three match-up
Semi-Finals:Conference winners will play their remaining opponent in a best-of-three match-up but the difference has to be minimum 2 Edit by sempai: Removing this because it doesn't make sense to me.
Finals:Best-of-7 series between the winners of the semi-final.

Overtime:In case a game goes to overtime i will create an extra game where all the rules apply like for a normal quarter except:
1)Every team scores 1 point every 2 turns
2)Total points scored in overtime will be 16
3)If the game exceeds 14 turns a following overtime game will be created.
