I have updated the OP - was thinking about what to do for fewer players. I have decided to reduce each mafia team by 1 and the town team by 5. This will
a) keep the anti-town players to about 1/3
b) make it more likely for people at the bottom of the draft to have PRs

With one more player, we can get this game going.

A couple rules questions that I would like to clarify, as I am being asked them quite a bit.

1) You do NOT get to choose your alignment. The alignment in the PM I sent you is your alignment.
2) If you choose a role that someone before you in the draft has chosen, you will receive a vanilla role.
3) You may only pick one role. I will let you change your mind within the time frame, but don't go overboard with the changes.

Like I said, I don't mind questions. I would rather you ask them than hold on to them. These one have just been coming up a lot.

We have 1/3 odds of hitting anti town player with lynch today.
Id like 2 claims from who we determine scummiest and we can probably get our chances close to a 50/50 shot.
We need an early scum/SK lynch because 3 anti town NKs will overwhelm us quickly if we make a couple mistakes.
Especially with up to 4/5 kills on N1 we need a good start here.
