Game Creation Labels

The 1st Clan Contacts have privileges to create the home games and invite their players. When creating a game use this tournament: "2015 [CL7] Premier Division". For your home games label the games with your clan abbreviation first, followed by "vs", followed by the away clan. For example, the first set of Round 1 is LHDD against S&M, so LHDD should create their home games with the following label: R1 LHDD vs S&M The second set is the S&M home games and the label should be: R1 S&M vs LHDD

Posting Games

We're going to do this a little different than in CL6. Every clan has to post their home games in the thread dedicated for that purpose: "[CL7] Active War Game Lists for Premier Division Only". Do not post them in this thread. Furthermore, you only need to post the game numbers. No need to post the map and players. Please link the game numbers to the game. You can do this by highlighting each game number and and clicking the "Game" button above the textbox.

Just a reminder since I've seen a few postings telling players they "must give snap info" if FOW is breeched. In CL7 the default rules are NO FOW in place without clans agreeing to it first.

"There will be no 12 hour Fog of War rule in effect. Clans can decide between them if they want to apply it. There will be no enforcement by the TOs or CDs."

For FALL - no clan has posted here or approached us, so we are anticipating no FOW unless you or your clan leaders approach us. We are willing to do so, but don't expect it without contacting us first. It will have to be mutually given not just "expected" from our side with no official agreements.

I personally think its an unfair advantage when you are wanting high quality games
in this series. Those that have time to sit around the computer all the time have this advantage. I thought this was about quality game play for the love of the game.
Not a game were people have an opportunity to gain an advantage by playing quickly.

TBH,
If the majority of people want the no FOW then I may simply start to bow out of series
that have it. I pay my price for admission, spend many hours sitting here on strategics with fellow mates, and enjoy the comrodery. But I dont enjoy games or people who push the edges of advantage in this way.

I do believe their are a majority of players who play this game with a high ethical
and moral compass. As they enjoy the challenge of this game.....and not simply the
total benefit of winning at all costs.

Just my humble opinion...................

Generally I would agree, but I just don't want any guys getting chastised if they have to play for whatever reason and no efforts from their clan have been made to make an agreement.

There have been many heated discussions with very strong opinions on both sides of the argument. I don't think we ever distinguished a majority for either side....

I still believe its a "Crock of ****) that some believe a common courtesy like the
12 hour FOW isnt always used. I would tend to think of those people as bottom feeders.

When you sit down at the table to play a game of Risk.....
I would say these kinda of people would be the ones who
spit in your beer as you were relieving yourself in the bathroom.....
At the same time swiping a few extra army's off the map while you were not looking =/
