Actually, chaps, there IS something I want to tell you. And it is GOOD news. You might notice that I am writing without misspelling. That is because the mods have given me permission to write in proper English, and then add some misspelled trash at the end of each post. HOORAY! I'll try to put the crap under a line, like so:

You dont massclaim after only two people have supported the idea of it.

its pretty obvious my alliance is town.... Regardless if i have a seperate wincon (which i don't) or if i was apart of a subtown group(which im not). so calling him out for not knowing my alliance is kinda dumb. Even if i had these other things, it wouldn't matter. The only thing you can realistically question, is if something changed the result. (being a role for myself, mafia power, or ptlowe being a different sanity cop).

Alladin he probably got the magic 8 ball gift from someone that believes him to be trusted. IB did the 8 ball come up town, scum, or 3rd party on alladin or someone else. I would prefer to lynch mafia today and not another 3rd party so that answer is important.

Aladdin's role has kind of bothered me since his ferst post about his PR. He has also conviently "forgotten" to misspell posts multiple times, then clams the mods have instructed him to miz-spell more. Now, I would believe the mods want him to misspell more if it's in reference to his numerous posts that do not include misspellings, however when Aladdin's first comment about his role states that it "compals me to mispel a couple of times per post" I'm not sure I buy it. Aladdin has either interpreted those instruktions very liberally or he is intentionally attempting to get under people's skin and muddy the waters.

We have at leest some level of similarity in our roles hear seeing as we are both required to misspell in our posts and I have not encountered any of the same izzues. Unless we find some solid information about someone else being mafia, I'm fine lynching Aladdin today.

Why would someone make up a misspelling post restriction? To what possible end? If that's your primary argument for lynching him, it's a big reach. He's done much scummier things than that.

I did not say he was makking up his poste restriction. I'm saying he iz manipulating it to his advatage (which is to be expected in any role) and falling back on it when it's convient to himm. It adds to his offer "scummier things" azz you say.

My role PM did indeed instruct me to misspell at least a couple times per post. But that was from one mod, and the rocket I got saying I wasn't misspelling enough was from the other mod, and I think they weren't quite on the same page with that.

If you reread, you'll see how I went through a number of phases re:misspelling. First, I decided t have some fun with it and play it up - I hated misspelling but was just trying to make the best of a bad deal. Then, when a number of people expressed annoyance, I went to a literal interpretation of my role PM and just started doing a small number of very minimal misspellings, like 'teh' for 'the', each post. Then I got the rocket saying that wasn't good enough and that I ought to ramp it up again, which I did. Vague threats were made, but nothing concrete - it was all 'it might or might not be the case that...' kind of stuff. And now that I have permission to spell correctly and just put some misspelled junk at the end of each post, that is what I am doing, since it has never been my intention to piss anyone off about this.

As for forgetting to misspell, that is completely natural. I usually spell very well, and it was something I almost forgot a lot more often than I actually did forget.

I don't think there is anything sinister about the misspelling. Remember how we are all promised some sort of award in the game? I get the impression that I might be in line for something if I make my quota, and that there might be negative implications if I don't. As I say, though, I'm kind of just reading between the lines of what the mods have said in their PMs to me.

CM14, I also have noted that you haven't been catching as much flak as me over misspelling. It might be because you haven't posted as much as me, and didn't play it up as much as I did. Or there could be a more sinister reason. It seems to me there are a couple of players who seem very very eager to point fingers at me over very very insubstantial issues. WC Ginkapo is foremost among these. Notice how he voted me again as soon as D2 started, despite my having answered every concern he expressed in as transparent manner as possible? I don't think he is Mafia, since his focus is so specific. More likely he is a lyncher or something, and I am on his list of lynchees.

Specifics, please, Max: What "much scummier things" have I done? And please don't recycle Ginkapo's and Storr's weak shit. I've already dealt with those, and I don't want to waste time doing it again.

This post actually looks scummy to me, as if you are just jumping on the anti-Aladdin bandwagon without adding anything.

If you have specific concerns, please post them and I will address them. This goes for anyone. Also, anyone with an investigative role is welcome to use their power on me. Maybe then we can all move on to finding actual scum.

My reading on you at the moment is "Enigmatic". I really don't know what to make of you at this point, but I will be watching closely.
