Check out the original German version from the the Threepenny Opera if you get the chance. What Darin does with it is amazing.

Trent Reznor, much as I respect him, sounds like a kid compared to Cash.

Re: Greatest singer of all times
- Its strange but not so, that songs/voices can only be mentioned and traced back so far. Before there was recording technology, I'm positive there was beautiful talent only to be lost. Time and technology through many to the front line of remembrance.
- I have not seen Elvis Presley on the list yet, Nor Steve Perry (Journey), I will even throw in Miljenko Matijevic from Steel heart. You could never pick out or say who is "the best", When throughout time there are many bests in many categories of style. All mentioned in this thread are Awesome, I'll throw Marian Carey in here as well. ")

Bon Scott had a set of vocal chords. Rodney James Dio could belt it out with the best of them. Freddie Mercury had great range. Johnny Cash hit the more "simple" part of you with his emotional singing.
There's a lot of different "great singers" for most genres.

Re: Greatest singer of all times
Last time I checked out a weird movie, I stopped a few minutes in and tried to bleach my brain to get out the memories of it. Some European film that someone on here actually mentioned. Talk about messed up.
