Claniversity House Design Contest

Greetings,
The Clan Department is announcing a quick little design challenge.
As previously announced, Claniversity recently launched and is starting enrollments.

We are looking for a few design submissions from the public.

What are we looking for?
1. A insignia / logo for each of the four houses:
Dufresne House - Named for [player]AndyDufresne[/player]: Former Community Manager, Former Chief Moderator, Former Alpha Monkey, Former Foundry Foreman.
Lack House - Named for [player]lackattack[/player]: Conquer Club Founder and Former Owner, Former Ninja Turtle
MarVal House - Named for [player]Marval[/player]: First Conquer Club Clan Director, Former Cartographer
Prime House - Named for [player]Optimus Prime[/player]: Former Tournament Director, Founder & Former Leader of Generation One clan.

2. A signature to help advertise Claniversity to others, preferably in the same general "look and feel" of your house insignias / logos

Additional Guidelines
- Your logos should indicate the names of the house it represents somehow
- House images should be in the neighborhood of 160 x 216 pixels

- Signature design must be submitted along with the design for the houses
- The signature must include the word "Claniversity"
- The signature must be no larger than 600 pixels wide and 150 pixels tall
- The signature should be less than 500 KBs in file size

Contest Rules
1. You have until March 26th, 23:59:59 CC Time (just over 2 weeks) to create your designs and submit them to [player]IcePack[/player] using the PM Subject "Claniversity Design Contest".
2. You must host your submitted images at least until the winners are announced and copies are made.
3. You may enter up to 2 different design packages
4. The entries will be judged by the Clan Directors
5. Prizes will be offered if we receive at least 5 series entries:
- Winner: A General Contribution Medal and 2,400 Credits
- 1st Runner-Up: 800 Credits
6. Fewer entries will result in no runner up prize.

Serious entries are defined as follows:
- Meets all guidelines set forth by the Clan Dept
- No obscenities, profanities, etc
- Is the product of some effort on the part of the designer (as opposed to something that looks like it was done in 2 minutes on Paint)

By submitting an entry, you grant CC and specifically the Clan Department the right to use your graphic for our Claniversity purposes. No plagiarism, it must be your work.

Just a reminder, there's less than 24 hours left before final submissions are due. We have two officially submitted, with a few others who have expressed interest but not finalized.

Deadline is extended to 2359 CC Time March 29th for any last minute submissions.
I know there have been a few stating interest without submitting yet.
