The correct way is to say: "Cela m'en bat les couilles"

No that's certainly not the correct way. Maybe "Français m'en bat les couilles".

I'm more a "quidquid in Latine dictum sit, altum videtur." type of guy.

Put this back on the cards and I'll be your loving dictator, ensuring harmony between both cultures.

"Je m'en fous de parler en Français" is perfectly correct
"Le Français je m'en bats les couilles" would be correct.

By correct I mean a french could say it, but both would be rude, especially the second.
"Cela m'en bat les couilles" that sounds odd to a french, we wouldn't say it that way.

I may be learning dutch soon, moving to netherlands. We can talk again about it in one year :D

"Je m'en fous de parler en Français" is kind of ok, but not really, people would understand you perfectly but it has some small grammar mistakes. Mistakes that french people speaking bad french could do.
"Je m'en fous" is perfectly correct on its own, but your phrase should be "Je me fous de parler Français".

regarding waauw, you should say:

"Je m'en bats les couilles"

you can also say:
"Je m'en bats" (minimalistic version)
"Je m'en bats les steaks" (creative version)

we have tons of expressions in french to express how much we don't care about something.

I had an amazing French teacher, but still the thing that stuck with me was that specific sentence. It's a wonderful language, just very hard to write and speak in comparison to - for me - English and German (though my German is worse, way worse).

« balèk' » is the short way of saying that. very connoted, seen as typical for (rude) young ppl.

« osef » is the web/gamer/geek variant. Even shorter.

That's true, Keefie.
Still, I think it's awesome that Owen knows Opgezwolle (who aren't even that mainstream in Holland) and comes up with their best song. That song is a classic and every Dutchman is obliged to at least know the chorus. I invite our LHDD friends to listen to it anyway, regardless of our non-existant merger.
Pretty much the only francophone music we listen to in the Netherlands is Stromae and he's from Belgium (he seems to have disappeared, though).
