Freemium Tournament
I was looking through the tournaments page and checked out the freemium Poly one (I know I can't join as I am premium but was just looking) and I noticed mrswdk or whatever his name is, is in the tourney when it clearly shows he's premium. How is this possible?
Re: Freemium Tournament
she was a freemie when she signed up, bob. kinda seems like the classy thing for her to do would be to drop out and give another of the poor, unwashed masses a shot, imo.

freemium when they joined.. The catch is though, now premium will make him ineligible for any prize/rewards they may get from this tournament

HAHA didn't know that now I'm glad I dropped out after buying

Wasn't even keeping track. Does the same thing happen if you win a tournament which has a point threshold for entry, and you cross that threshold during the tourney?
I assume I will be given back the stars I used to join up for a tournament that I was eligible to join, but have now had to leave.

If you quit a tournament before it begins, the stars are refunded.

Aight. So what happens if I win a prize in a tourney where I stop meeting the point threshold entry requirements during the tourney?

You would not be awarded the prize, it has already happened to some poor player who was hoping to use the credits for the win to pay his next premium, but it ran out before it ended and he got nothing.. Can't think who it was.. will look tomorrow

-----In another thread...THE KING says he gifted gold to mrswdk...Without her having any say...If this is true...It would be sad/funny that The King didn't check to see what tourneys mrswdk was in before he turn her gold...Either
or it is a good prank to pull on someone
....OUCH!!!...Does The High Command take that in thought...When enforcing the rule???...That a player turning gold in a Silver tourney...can't be awarded the prizes if someone gave them their gold...

Always a good prank to pull on someone who's poor.
The old dollar bill(premium) on a string, works every time.

There aren't enough autotournaments with being a human taco as an entry requirement.

Serious question - Is one actually obliged to accept a premium if it's gifted, or can it be declined? Never happened to me and not likely to, just curious as to whether it's an option.

I 99.99% believe it automatically gets implimented to someone when gifted, from my experience in the past.

It is automatic. However, if somebody really, really doesn't want it, they can file an eticket and have it reversed.

Don't know. There's always people who talk about not wanting premium, but I don't know if there's anyone who has actually refused a gift.

-------I was being serious...TeeGee said,If one turns gold, when in a silver tourney...They will not get a prize if they otherwise would have been given one...SO,can someone file an eticket ,have their account reset back to freemium from gold...THEN BE REWARDED THEIR PRIZE? Or will they be robbed of the prize? What if the prize out weighs the gift of gold?

Re: Freemium Tournament
Then what?
Deduct the amount of days played and refund the adjusted total to the other buyers credit card account?
Your questions can only be considered serious if they make logical sense. This is not a Walmart. Once the player begins utilizing their premium it's non-reversible.

That's BS. I've entered a tournament for which one of the entry criteria was having a score between 1400 and 2000. In order to win the tournament I'd have to win anywhere up to 15, or maybe more, 6-player games against people with mid-ranking scores. The couple I've won so far both got me close to 100 points, so in winning the tournament my score would almost certainly be lifted over 2000. In fact, regardless of who wins that tournament their score will almost certainly be over 2000 by the time they win - so the tournament winner is not going to be given the prize they have earned, based on factors they can't control?

I do not think score affects the final prizes being handed out, but then i have absolutely nothing to do with running them, so i may be wrong.. I was just going on past experience of a premium player turning freemium in a premium only tournament and not being awarded them.. other factors such as points would not necessarily be the same.

Eh? But you just said the player wouldn't get a prize if their score had changed during the tourney.

Again, if you guys read between the lines, site representatives are literally spelling it out for you.
It's just an inside joke they have with punking on low income/underprivileged players.
