Hey there lovely people! I feel like making a doodle championship... without being very long. The answer? A small variation of the Swiss Rounds system. The regular season will last for five rounds. After those five rounds, the top 8 players advance to the elimination stage. There the remaining players will play a variation of a playoff bracket. Winner of the elimination stage wins the tournament.
Freemiums are allowed as long as they leave at least one (preferably two) free spot for this tournament.
Tournament Structure - Regular Season Stage
- Rounds 1-5: Every round will be composed of nine two-legged games, therefore the outcome of those games can be only 2-0 win, 1-1 draw or 0-2 loss. 7th and 8th placed players advance to Playoff Round 1; 6th place advances to Playoff Round 2; 1st to 5th places advance to Playoff Round 3.
Tournament Structure - Playoff Stage
- Round 1: 7th place plays 8th place. 7th place chooses the rules (Standard/Poly; Auto/Manual; Chain/Adj/Unl/Parach/None; Esc/Flat/Nuclear/Zombie/No Spoils; fog/sunny; Trench Y/N). One game. Winner advances to the 2nd Round.
- Round 2: 6h place plays against the winner of the 1st Round. 6th place chooses the rules. One game. Winner advances to the 3rd Round.
- Round 3: Three games will be played: 1st Vs 2nd; 3rd Vs 4th; 5th Vs winner of the 2nd Round. One game. Regular Season rules. Winner of 1v2 advances to the Final and loser advances to the 5th Round; Winner of 3v4 advances to the 4th round; Winner of 5vOther advances to the 4th round.
- Round 4: Winner of 3v4 plays Winner of 5vOther. One game. Winner of 3v4 chooses the rules. Winner advances to the 5th Round.
- Round 5: Loser of the Round 3 1v2 game plays the winner of Round 4. One game. Loser of the 1v2 3rd Round game chooses the rules. Winner advances to the Final.
- Final: Round 5 winner plays the 3rd Round 1v2 game winner. Two games. Both players choose their rules for one of those games respectively. If players are tied 1-1 after both games, a 3rd game with the Regular Season rules will be played. Winner is crowned the first JA's Doodle League champion!!

Since this is a swiss rounds tournament, the position of each player matters during every single round, for it decides who anyone will play after.
1. Number of wins;
2. Number of rounds the player played the round before (+X rounds if the player won, lower [X] is better / -X rounds if the player lost, higher [X] is better);
3. Alphabetical order.
Tiebreakers 5th Round
1. Number of wins;
2. If any players are tied at this point for a place within the first 8 positions, a tiebreaker game with the involved players will be played to decide their positions. Same rules apply. If there are more than two players with the same points, the tiebreaker game will have escalating spoils.
Players will be randomly drawn to the 1st round using http://www.random.org.
