if we were to restructure the overall winning team to divide by the number of particioants x events or some such, would we also choose first place individual by dividing scores by # of events entered? what about someone who only wenters 1 event and wins platinum ? ......
should all the worlds countries stay home because only usa/china/ussr have a cshot at the overall medal total?

These points aside it would have been fun for the top few clans if the scores had been closer, but i doubt that would have made much difference to those who enjoyed participating in the 6-20th clans....

one of the drawbacks of a clan with high participation in that some us us in the fallen were unable to participate in some of the events we wanted because our teammates got there first
I wish either my father or my mother, or indeed both of them as they were in duty both equally bound to it, had minded what they were about when....

If 2 player fog game, please allow 12 hour snap courtesy, or post what I could have seen.... Thank you

I agree, I had suggested this in the first edition of the Olympics but the suggestion was rejected. Still, there should be a minimum number of events entered to qualify not that someone who enters 1 event can be Olympic winner if he wins that platinum event.

Thanks for putting your time and ideas into this event!
It was ton of fun to play it and I am very proud to be the winner. Special mention goes to second placed osman76 who was thought opponent throughout all the way. Maybe my greatest achievement was scoring a medal in 25/33 events while he scored 4 Platinum medals but took a medal in less events total.

Looking forward for the next edition =D>
