Well, a friend of mine did die, but it wasn't sudden or anything. He's known for 2 years that he was going to die, so it wasn't a crisis. I've never seen anyone so completely and utterly prepared for his day of reckoning.

But I don't want to exaggerate that. It's only one of many things that's been keeping me busy lately.
