Classic 1v1 Risk Tournament

Info

16 players competing in a 2 phase tournament. Phase 1 will be a 16 player swiss style tournament. With 8 players moving on to a seeded bracket. All players are welcome to play, non-premium players will require 3 open slots in 2nd phase of tournament.


Settings

Classic map, Escalating, Chained, No Fog of War, No Trench, no round limit.

Format
Phase 1
Swiss style. Win 3 best of 1's and move forward. Lose 3 best of 1s and be elimated. Match ups are randomized in the first round and then for sequential match ups you will play someone who is on the same wins/losses as yourself. These games are randomized and you never play the same person twice.

Phase 2
The 8 advancing players are seeded into a single elimination bracket. Players play a best of 3 maps with the winner advancing.
