With 16 official submissions the contest will run as a single elimination bracket to determine the winner. This is round 2 of voting and each member may vote for up to 4 entries. They are pitted against each other in a 1v1 bracket and the entry with the most votes in each bracket will advance to the next round.

Seeing as multiple people voted on this you'd have to approach each of them as to why they picked one over the other. I can't speak for anyone else as to how he or she came to his or her decision.
