The last 24 hours have lit up the CC Club world. We now have several countries involved and we're doing this!!

We have decided this will be a team event only, so no 1v1 or poly games will take place. It's a tournament style open to all members. All settings with the exception of "no reinforcements" will be implemented.

So we can be 100% certain which is the number 1 country, if a team feels a certain game was lost due to dice alone and posts dice stats in game chat, all country captains along with groovy and myself will review that game and if it's determined by majority vote that the game was won by ridiculous dice and not superior strategy, it will be remade. I refer you all to this game as a reference to what I mean:

Due to the number of players in the USA, we have made a decision to potentially allow players living in the states to join the country of their birth if they wish. This is an attempt to even things out for countries that have a lower CC Club population and an effort to have as many countries represented as possible. If necessary, we will do the same for both Canada and the UK.
This proposal causes us some concern, but we'd love to hear how you feel about it, either way.

Its a notion to hand the captainship to the highest ranked player of any nation. - If declined handing it to the player next on the list. Then the captain chooses the team?

yeah, that might work. i was just going to suggest more than one entry per country - like they do in bobsled events, for example : USA1, 2, 3 & 4 maybe? not sure how many teams per country/region you guys were thinking about having.

There used to be a tab on the scoreboard that showed you players listed by country but I can't find it anymore. Has it gone or am I being daft? I need to find some more Macanese.

Once you clicked on scoreboard, choose the tab " full score leaderboard" then you access the previous scoreboard, the one you knew. And then you can choose the country.
