The Clan team is fine though needs your / our support. I left for unrelated matters, which caused things that I was involved in to cancel / hold / archive.
Keefie is the Deputy so he will take over until they determine my replacement.

In a nutshell, the CD's have been left high and dry. Dave is the Head Clan Director but is still "in training" which is why no formal announcement has been made at this stage. Keefie took on the role for a short while, but decided he preferred the role of being the Number 2 clan leader, nothing wrong there. Keefie is and always has been very highly respected in both the clan and mode scenes. If you'd like to return and give Dave and Keefie a hand, I am sure your application would be very welcomed.

In a nutshell, I left a fully trained deputy behind who has previously had multiple strings of covering as Head CD under his belt. He is also currently the most experienced CD, and was added to the team the same time I was so we were equally experienced w multiple years of experience under his belt.
I left him with two newer but no less capable people in support that had been cross trained on multiple work sections for additional coverage.
One could say I left with very little advanced notice, one could say conditions were less then ideal, but high and dry is a reach

True that Keefie, but the new leaders are normally trained up by the outgoing leader, there are still a few basics that need to be taught.

True that Keefie, but the new leaders are normally trained up by the outgoing leader, there are still a few basics that need to be taught.
Maybe from an 'Admin / Team Leader' perspective, but not from the Clan side of things.
