Congrats to the new Commish!

It's been over a month since [player]benga[/player] became the Tournament Commissioner (head of the Tournament Department) on Conquer Club.

That was an extremely hectic time with about five emergencies happening at once, and somehow the congratulations that were due to him got missed. I would like to now rectify that.

To those who have been around a while, benga needs no introduction. For those who have joined us only recently, he is one of our most prolific Tournament Organisers, with 130 entries in the Tournament Organisers Hall of Fame. He's also one of the most consistent tournament winners, with 91 entries in the Tournament Winners Hall of Fame. He also leads one of CC's best clans!

Please join me in giving benga not only our congratulations on his big promotion, but also our wholehearted support as he takes the helm of our tournament world in the next stage of its voyage!

Any idea if Elaterate's E-Special tourneys qualify for any medals?
