Hello folks!
I plan to put an annual tournament for tournament organizers (TOs) that have successfully organized at least one tournament. I think this would make interest some of the new people of CC to contribute to the community.
So the plan is simple, TOs would sign up and choose one of the TOs to run the tournament starting January every year. He would setup the tournament according to his wish. This would be also somewhat an award for the TOs contribution during the year.
So who is in?

Does the one tournament have to be organized in 2018? And through the tournament department?

It's January of 2019 and it has 2018 in title as it reflects the previous year.
Not sure what you mean by 2nd question.
