I want to see how will Swiss system work here, below you can find out more on the swiss itself:
A Swiss-system tournament is a non-eliminating tournament format that features a set number of rounds of competition, but considerably fewer than that of a round-robin tournament. In a Swiss tournament, each competitor (team or individual) does not necessarily play all other entrants.
You cannot be paired against the same player twice in the Swiss rounds. You are paired randomly against others players with the same number of match points, so long as the “same-opponent-twice” restriction is not broken. If there are an odd number of players with a given record, then someone will be picked randomly to be paired up or paired down.
For most normal events, the number of Swiss rounds is based on the number of players in the event. Here’s how it’s usually done:
5-8 Players = 3 Rounds
9-16 Players = 4 Rounds
17-32 Players = 5 Rounds
33- 64 Players = 6 Rounds
65-128 Players = 7 Rounds
129-212 Players = 8 Rounds
213- 385 Players = 9 Rounds
I will use https://challonge.com to record all the scores.
Map: Doddle
Games per round: 4
Settings: No spoils, chained, sunny, auto drop, 20 round limit
Point per win: 1
Point per tie: 0,5
Have fun!
