Anyone? I think it had red army circles that indicated where the starting positions were.

Any thoughts on having slightly different shades of each color? I've seen that in casino's and it helps a bit. Just a thought.

Cool map though!

yeti_c no longer own that account so the image is lost.

Anyway here two images of the map, the first with 888 (neutral and starting territories) and the second just with colored dots where starting territories.

Btw, those are not starting positions but starting regions. They are not coded to start as assigned regions to player. Instead players start with those regions just because everything else start as neutral. ;)

I think it would be nice if conquerclub hosted these images.

I just looked through my old image folder for the Poker Club map.
I do not have any image other than what is on the site.
Plus after reading the fist post again, the starting neutrals are based on the number of players as well as reducing potential of bonuses on drop.

But.....It has been 12+ years since we worked on this map and I have forgotten a bit about what yeti did for the XML.

I have to agree, though for this map it isn't that bad. OP has the possible starting positions in text format. On other maps there's a lot of lost information though.

I found an old image that I use. I guess I'll share it.

Wow, I have played this map 148 times without realizing this existed. That may explain my 43% win percentage on it. Thanks!
