Why did you waste premium on shoop76 who has quit the site?

Why not? He deserve what he has done throughout the whole season even he has quit for the last few tournament, it remains he did very good since...and who knows, he may come back....should I say I will?

I hope he does come back, but I find it unlikely after speaking to him briefly before he left. It's not a big deal at all but perhaps it could have been held in reserve in case he did return, then the award could have been given when it would have been used.

Credits are allowed quarterly to department, we can't just hold things like this for all players that leave for either a little time or longer, budget has to be maintain and plan...what has been promised has to be given...
