Starting at Round 9, this guy was at twenty plus to my next to nothing. Much of the time, it was then thirty plus. He was given ample warning to cut it out and avoid this recourse, but he persisted.

I would've been okay with a warning. I probably should've said so. In fact, if IP wants to revoke the punishment, I'm cool with that.

Its fine, its not that long and clearly didn't learn his lesson previously. Hopefully they'll "get it" at some point
