I am in 21695792 with them. Absolutely no dialogue by either. Could be coincidence/good strategy that on is on top of map and other is on bottom of map. However:

one just moved and could easily have taken a 1 from other and stopped a +4 bonus (already at +13) and did not. Combine those with them playing 4 other games together and only them winning 2 apiece. This feels strange.
