New BOB with option to view starting neutral positions.

Post by Woltato »

If you start a fog game on an unfamiliar map then gives you an extra button "View Start Positions" so you can see where all the neutrals are.

Click "Revert to Live" to get back to the game.

Works on Firefox.

I think so. Most of the old script still work, although Firefox no longer supports Greasemonkey. Now you have to use Chrome and Tampermonkey.

I don't know anybody who still uses BOB, but theoretically it should still work.

What browser are you using? We are up to 4.18.0 on FireFox.

if it's not compatible, do you have a linke for 4.18.0 ?

the problem, fog of war really need BOB, hopefully CC can provide it built-in :(

the only thing we need is to make BOB available in Chrome Web Store..
or let people in the site provide it in the settings in first place..
BOB is very important feature for clan war games or all FOG games.

So BOB is Javascript code format that Tapermonkey will essentially run. Most browsers do not allow users to run custom .js files that are apart from the main framework or structure path of the browser. Tapermonkey allows this. I know most of the scripts that were developed for CC have become obsolete because many of them were incorporated into the Panel Interface in Game Settings.

Try enabling the Panel Interface while BOB is disabled to compare the differences.
