Comments: Freebyrd1977 had repeated opportunities to attack a weaker neighbor to his advantage and little risk and did not do so. SuperStriker showed no interest in building his border against the stronger Freebyrd1977 and passed up repeated opportunities to break the leader's bonuses and refused to do so. Both ignored each other in favor of attacking and eliminating all others first.

They seem to be winning most multi player games between them recently. Prior to that they hardly won any when they both played together. Seems like it could possibly be a recent arrangement.

I vehemently deny the accusations. At no time have I ever colluded with Freebyrd. Look at how the game played out for me. Once I established bonuses at Polly Beach and Isle of Palms, pink was the only one attacking me. Both blue and green were not breaking me. I used most of my new men trying to hold off pink. The remainder went to fortify isle of palms and polly beach. I didn't try to break either blue or green. Pink continually tried to break me and stack against me. Blue and green were stacking against me but they were not trying to break me. By the time green started to get much stronger, I was just hoping that blue would attack green more. If he did that I might have had a better chance to win.

I find the accusations to be based upon poor attitudes, poor strategy played by others and just being rotten players.

Also, for the conspiracy theorists out there, I just looked up the stats. Freebyrd and I have played and finished 25 games as of 2/13/23. I've won 5 of the 25, which is a 20% win rate for me. This is actually below my long term winning percentage of 25%.

I urge you to dismiss this charge, clear my name and bring charges against the accusers for bringing false charges, playing poorly and trying to find an unfounded excuse and bringing the game into disrepute.

Last I checked the game when this was reported, I did not see any open borders that both the accused shared. With the lack of evidence to support the allegation, I would have to clear this report.
