panel interface requires 2 reloads

Concise description:

• the first time opening a game after activating the panel interface shows only a blank screen
• reloading the page solves the issue

Specifics:

• I clear cookies whenever I close my browser, which is quite regularly
• By default, I have the panel interface turned off
• Whenever I want to post a snapshot, I turn the panel interface on
• The first time I open a game after turning the panel interface on (by clicking on central command, and then a game), the page doesn't load, and shows a blank page instead
• More accurately, it shows the conquerclub banner on the top, and the menu bar on the left, but a blank page where the game should be.
• Reloading the page solves the issue
• After reloading the page once, the problem doesn't reoccur until the next browser session

No, it does not alway happen when I switch. It only happens the first time I switch in a browser session.

Edit1: I can reproduce the problem on the same machine on google chrome, by opening the browser, clearing all cookies, logging in to my account (where the panel interface is turned off), turning the panel interface on, and opening a game.

Edit2: I can also reproduce this problem on a laptop running windows 8, using firefox.

Edit3: the problem also occurs when the panel interface is already turned on on my account. In that case, it happens the first time I open a game.

For reference, firefox settings:
- version 109.0.1
- browser privacy strict (!)
- always send do not track signals
- delete cookies and site data when firefox is closed
- always use private browsing mode
- block dangerous and deceptive content

did a bit of further testing on google chrome.
if in the browser settings, I do NOT automatically clear cookies on closing the browser, opening the browser, and opening a game with the panel interface on causes the page to load correctly.
OTOH, if in the browser settings I DO automatically clear cookies, opening the browser, and opening a game with the panel interface on causes the game NOT to load until after reloading the page.

I currently tried on Game 22285790.
Pressing CTRL-F5 does not solve the problem. It does lead to a correct page load (as does every refresh), but closing and reopening the browser causes the problem to reoccur.

You may need to clear the cache of your browser. It looks to be individual issues for some people. If you have access to Beta, could you go in there and test it out if you will still experience these issues as there is a current fix for this applied there. Go and test it out please.
