Automatic Public Snap Once Game Fills

Specifics/Details:

• Once a game fills an automatic public snapshot will be taken by the system. The snapshot will be viewable by all players

How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:

• The automatic snapshot will allow all players to see how the game started.
• The automatic snapshot will also prevent arguments over the 12 hour unwritten rule.

The 12 hour unwritten rule is mainly intended for fog games, where a public snapshot viewable by all doesn't do much.

An automatic snapshot at the start of game for each player/team would be an awesome addition, though.
